The table below shows the thirty Local Authorities throughout the United Kingdom with the highest average account values for the Junior ISAs in their care, as at 31 March 2022. In some cases these have been achieved by contributions from the Council concerned in its role as corporate parent. In others, they have resulted from voluntary donations from benefactors.
